The daily goals of Be A Healthy Hero 5•2•1•0 are: 5 – Five servings of fruits and vegetables 2 – No more than two hours of TV, computer, or video games 1 – At least one hour of heart-pumping active play 0 – No sugary beverages (no soda, sports drinks, etc.)
